Step back in time to our Newtown Tap and Barrel Tavern, located within the historic Temperance House, established in 1772. Pull up a stool for a quick pint after work or settle in for the night. The kitchen keeps going long after most of Newtown has closed.

The Menu
The tavern serves the full menu of starters, handhelds, and the kitchen's entrées until 9 pm, then the late-night menu carries you to midnight. Lunch runs Tuesday to Friday, noon to three.
